Employment

We appear as a leading chambers and many members of chambers are also listed individually as leading employment law practitioners.
All areas of employment related work are undertaken, collective and individual. This includes work relating to trade disputes, restrictive covenants and confidential information, unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination (including race, sex, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation and age), share schemes, pensions and other benefits.
Members of Chambers appear in the High Court, Employment Tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. We appear not only in England and Wales but also in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
