Devereux Chambers has for over four decades been recognised as one of the top sets in the country specialising in personal injury work. It is consistently listed in the top ten personal injury sets by both the main legal directories, Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500. Leading and junior counsel also feature in the lists of leading silks and juniors.

Chambers is particularly recognised for its expertise in employers' liability but members of the personal injury group cover all aspects of personal injury work. Senior members of chambers specialise in catastrophic injuries (particularly head and spinal injury) and multi-party actions while our very strong team of juniors provides a complete service to instructing solicitors in multi-track and fast track trials in Courts up and down the country.

Members of Chambers co-wrote Health and Safety - The New Legal Framework, now in its second edition, contributed to the Personal Injury Factbook (Sweet & Maxwell) and continue to appear in the leading cases in the field.
