Gate Gourmet Ltd v. TGWU & Others (HC)

On Sunday 21 August 2005 David Griffith-Jones QC and James Tayler obtained an interim injunction for Gate Gourmet against the TGWU, 17 named individuals and persons unknown to prevent them assaulting, threatening, intimidating, harassing, molesting or otherwise abusing employees who are continuing to work. The number of pickets at the factory gates was limited to 6, whereas the number on Beacon Hill was not limited for the time being. However, this will be reconsidered if the threats and harassment continue.
