Vince was appointed as Chambers Director in October 2013 having joined Devereux as Head of Clerking Services in 2010. With over 25 years of experience at the Bar, including Fountain Court Chambers, he cultivated an extensive network of contacts, in-depth market knowledge and understanding of the market on which both our clients and members can draw.
Vince has overall responsibility for the management of chambers, playing a crucial role in the development of individual practices, practice groups and chambers as a whole but also in offering tailored solutions to address our clients’ needs.
He is a member of the IBC and LPMA.
Outside of work, Vince is a keen photographer, enjoys watching Harlequins and AFC Wimbledon and relishes going on roller-coasters with his 5-year-old.

Silvia has over 20 years of experience in brand management, client care, marketing and business development, demonstrating a successful track record at both financial institutions and other leading commercial sets at the Bar. While at global private equity firm, Advent International, she was responsible for implementing its communication strategy within 10 European markets and delivering marketing plans for Advent’s key sectors of expertise. During her time with Monckton Chambers, when marketing at the Bar was in its pioneering stage, and more recently with 11 Stone Buildings, both sets were up for multiple marketing and/or business development awards.

Mark joined Devereux with over 10 years’ experience working for international law firms. He was the Practice Manager at Rouse, Manager of Administration at Mintz Levin and Office Manager at Brown Rudnick. Prior to this Mark worked in the insurance and reinsurance industry in London and spent time working in the US and Germany.
He enjoys overseas travel, dining out and cooking.

Mandy has more than 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry, the last 16 of which were spent with ARAMARK Ltd (the third largest contract caterer in the UK). She has held various roles including Finance & Administration Manager, and Deputy and General Manager for blue chip contracts such as Texaco, ExxonMobil, Nomura, Regent's College and The American School in London; culminating in seven years as Group Finance Manager overseeing eight BP sites.
She became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in March 2012 and has a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management.
Mandy frequents the gym, participating in classes such as boot camp, circuit and body combat. She also enjoys live music and beach holidays.

Brenda has 20 years experience of working as fees clerk/accounts manager in Devereux, previous experience includes working in accounts/payroll for a leading American hospitality company plus a telecommunications firm involved in aviation. Brenda's career also includes working for a construction company in accounts/payroll department for several years.
Brenda enjoys theatre, travel, entertaining/cooking, country walking and being with her family.

Wing joined Chambers in June 2014. Having graduated in 2009 in Business Studies with Marketing from Canterbury Christ Church University, she worked for the family business before going on to work at Farrer & Co in the reprographics department.
Wing assists with all aspects of events as well as offering research and administration support to Chambers business development activities.
Wing enjoys travelling, retail therapy and spending time with friends and family.
