Devereux Chambers can offer a high level of specialist pensions expertise. In particular certain Members of Chambers can offer specialist advice and advocacy in a number of pensions related areas including the taxation of pension schemes, complaints to and appeals from the Pensions Ombudsman, the role of pension fund trustees and wider aspects of pension scheme administration.
