Devereux welcomes Jonathan Butters
Jonathan Butters has joined Devereux Chambers’ Personal Injury team. Jonathan undertakes all aspects of personal injury work, including occupier's and employers' liability matters, claims against local authorities and road traffic accident disputes. He undertakes work at both fast-track and multi-track level and is instructed by both Claimants and Defendants. He regularly appears in court at interlocutory hearings and at trial. He advises on quantum and liability and drafts pleadings and schedules of loss. Jonathan also appears regularly at coroner's inquests.
