Samuel Nicholls returns to Chambers
Samuel Nicholls has returned to Devereux Chambers following a period of time spent practising at Misick & Stanbrook, the leading law firm in the Turks & Caicos Islands, as an Attorney in the Dispute Resolution team.
On 1st February 2017, Samuel Nicholls appeared in the Privy Council, led by Ariel Misick QC, on behalf of the Appellant, on appeal from a decision made by the Turks and Caicos Islands Court of Appeal. The appeal involves complex points on unjust enrichment following knowing receipt, breach of fiduciary duty, tracing, and account of profits.
Samuel gained significant experience in these areas of law whilst working for Misick & Stanbrook.
