Stobart Group appoints Alice Mayhew as independent investigator following recent whistleblowing and bullying claims
Alice Mayhew has been appointed by the Stobart Group to carry out an independent investigation into the allegations raised in recent months regarding bullying and whistleblowing.
Alice’s investigation will include interviews with members of the Executive Leadership Team.
Throughout the investigation Alice will draw on her extensive expertise in whistleblowing and employment law. Alice regularly represents both claimants and respondents in the employment tribunal, county court, high court and employment appeal tribunal.
