From Trailblazer to Playing Catch-up: Claire Darwin KC examines the UK’s approach to pay transparency 

Claire Darwin KC and Jennifer Millins of Mishcon de Reya have co-authored an article on pay transparency for the June 2026 edition of ELA Briefing, the monthly publication of the Employment Lawyers Association. 

The article, "Pay transparency: how Britain went from trailblazer to playing catch-up," considers the EU Pay Transparency Directive, the UK’s evolving approach to pay transparency, and what employers should be doing now to prepare.
