Court of Appeal upholds the judgment of Swift,J preventing Royal Mail staff striking over the Christmas period.

Bruce Carr QC acted for Royal Mail in obtaining the injunction before Swift, J earlier this month and was successful in resisting the Communication Workers Union’s appeal to the Court of Appeal.
