Success in the Employment Tribunal in Ms A v Mr M Hill
Samuel Nicholls represented the successful Claimant, Ms A, in one of the most high profile employment tribunal cases of the year, against former MP for Hartlepool Mike Hill.
The Tribunal found Mr Hill had engaged in sexual harassment and victimisation of Ms A over a 16-month period. The Employment Tribunal also found that the Claimant’s dismissal was in breach of the Equality Act 2010.
