Timothy Brennan QC and Andrew Burns represent British Airways in union injunction application
Timothy Brennan QC and Andrew Burns appeared for British Airways to resist an interim injunction application brought by Unite the Union in respect of the deployment of cabin crew on BA's Worldwide and Eurofleet services, flying out of Heathrow.
Mr Justice Butterfield dismissed the application for the injunction, and ordered a speedy trial of the issues. The trial is expected to start on 1 February 2010.
