Max Schofield interviewed for BBC Radio 4 Tax Series
VAT-specialist Max Schofield was recently interviewed for a new BBC Radio 4 series called “The Tax Conundrum”. The series, presented by economics journalist Ben Chu, intends to tackle the difficult questions facing our tax system in advance of this year’s budget. Featuring expert guests including Dan Neidle, Philip Hammond, and Helen Miller, episode one included an interview with Max on the confusing topic of VAT classification, specifically on food products.
