Labour Law in Oxford: Past, Present, Future
Alice Carse wasinvited to speak at the Oxford Labour Law – Past, Present and Future conference which was held on 25 and 26 July 2013. The conference is was held to mark the retirement of Professor Mark Freedland. Alice was invited to present a paper with Dr Wanjiru Njoya on Labour Law as the Law of the Business Enterprise. The papers presented at the conference was then collated in a book to mark the occasion.
