Non-Doms Legislation Reforms: What You Need To Know

In the Summer Budget 2015 the government announced a series of reforms to the tax rules for people who are not domiciled in the UK, or ‘non-doms’ as they are often referred to. Following a period of consultation, the new legislation was released on the 5th December 2016.

On the 12th December 2016, Aparna Nathan summarised the changes and lead the discussion, supported by Felicity Cullen QC, Barrie Akin, Marika Lemos and Georgia Hicks.

Attendees were able to discuss the changes, and the impact on their practice, with our expert panel.
