Robert Weir QC is named Lawyer of the week by The Times newspaper published 4 July 2013. Robert acted on behalf of the families of three British Soldiers killed in Iraq in the Supreme Court. The seven judges ruled that the families could make damages claims under human rights legislation and sue the Government for negligence for defective or inadequate equipment.
