Andrew Burns advises BT on strike ballot
The CWU confirmed on 5 July 2010 that it had withdrawn a ballot for national strike action at BT on the grounds that legal and procedural issues had been raised by BT about the balloting process. Andrew Burns had been working closely with the in-house BT legal team to prepare for potential court action if the Union threatened to call a strike based on the ballot.
