Devereux team in major telecoms case
Graham Read QC and Georgina Hirsch acted for BT in the Court of Appeal in one of the most important telecoms cases in the last three years. Although BT’s appeal was itself unsuccessful, Graham and Georgina were instrumental in defeating an appeal by TalkTalk which, if it had been successful, would have led to many multi-million pound claims being made against BT for overcharging.
