Members of Chambers speak at Combar NYC
Colin Edelman QC and Andrew Burns QC are taking part in the Commercial Bar Association conference in New York this week. Colin will be chairing the session on Recent Developments in Insurance Law for which Andrew is on the panel. Andrew will be speaking about Simmonds v Gammell in which he appeared for the reinsured. The Panel will also be discussing AIG Europe and Versloot, in which Colin successfully represented the appellants and respondents respectively.
