Samuel Nicholls represents Ms A in employment tribunal against ex-Hartlepool MP
Samuel Nicholls, recently, appeared at the Central London Employment Tribunal representing the Claimant (known as A) in a high-profile sexual harassment case against her former employer, the ex-Hartlepool MP Mike Hill.
The Claimant accuses the former MP of sexual harassment and bullying over a 16-month period. Mr Hill denies all allegations.
Judgment from the Employment Tribunal is expected in June.
