Injunctions and how to get them
Seminar to be held on Thursday 23 February 2017.
After a year of innovation for injunctions in 2016, what does the future hold? Sir David Bean, author of the leading textbook on Injunctions (now in its 12th edition), introduces a seminar which looks back on some of the highlights of 2016. Andrew Burns QC (co-author of Injunctions) and Akash Nawbatt (to be appointed QC on 13 February) review the leading cases and examine the practicalities of obtaining (or defending) an injunction.
The seminar will take place at Arundel House. Registration is from 5.30pm with the seminar commencing at 6.00pm. Drinks and informal discussion will take place after the seminar at 7.00pm.
